GENERAL USAGE GUIDELINES · DAREN

The following guidelines describe the general use of the character DAREN, his voice, and his visual design.
For detailed conditions, please refer to the corresponding Terms of Use.

1. Ownership

The character DAREN, as well as his voice and overall concept, are the property of Jorge Saye (Jorge Torres Sayavedra).

The official visual design of the character was created by Rouss Black.

2. Permitted Use

DAREN may be used in creative projects such as:

Music covers
Original music
Videos and animations
Illustrations and fanart
Non-profit creative projects

Use on monetized platforms (such as YouTube) and receiving donations is not considered commercial use.

3. Commercial Use of the Design

Commercial use of DAREN’s visual design is not permitted, including but not limited to:

Sale of merchandise
Physical or digital products
Paid promotional materials

Any commercial use of the design requires explicit permission from the artist Rouss Black.

4. Derivative Voicebanks and Variants

The creation of derivative voicebanks or variants based on DAREN is permitted, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

It must be clearly stated that the project is a fan-made creation.
Proper credit must be given to the original voicebank (DAREN).
The project must be non-profit.
It must not be presented as an official version.

Such creations do not grant any rights over the original character, voice, or design.

5. Content Restrictions

DAREN, including his voice, image, or character, must not be used to:

Represent or promote illegal activities.
Incite violence, crimes, or unrest.
Be associated with content that violates laws or third-party rights.
Severely damage the image of the character or its creators.

6. Credits

Whenever DAREN is used, proper credit must be clearly provided:

Character and voice: DAREN
Character design: Rouss Black

Credits may be included in video descriptions, project credits, or information sections.

7. Derivative Works

Derivative works created by third parties belong to their respective creators, but must comply with these guidelines and do not grant rights over the original character, voice, or design.

8. Updates

These guidelines may be updated as the project evolves.
Any changes will be announced through DAREN’s official channels.
