1. Main Use License
This document sets out the terms for the use of the Voicebank(s) developed under the name of Daren (hereafter referred to as The Voicebank) and its associated material (voice files, the character, art, etc.).
2. Permitted Uses (Creativity and Fandom)
The user has permission to use The Voicebank in the following contexts, provided that the Attribution clause (giving credit) is met:

Musical Covers and Original Songs: Create and publish music on non-monetized platforms.

Fandom Material: The creation of art, fanfics, animations, costume designs (outfits) and other creative content related to The Character is permitted, provided that it is of a non-commercial nature and does not infringe Section 3.2.

Ports and Use in Other Software: Adaptation and portability of the voicebank to other compatible speech synthesizers (resamplers, OpenUTAU, etc.) is permitted, provided that:

The port or adaptation is distributed under this same license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

The original attribution to The Creator and the Voice Provider should be maintained.

File Distribution: The Voicebank may be redistributed, provided that the original package is not modified and that this original Terms of Use file is retained.
3. Restricted Uses and Prohibitions
3.1. Commercial Use (Prohibited)
It is strictly forbidden to use The Voicebank for any purpose that involves financial gain.
To request commercial use: The user must contact daren.utau@gmail.com to negotiate a separate commercial license.
4. Attribution Guidelines (Mandatory)
When using The Voicebank, attribution must be visible and clear in the description of the content (videos, audio, art, etc.).
5. Disclaimer
The user uses the Voicebank at their own risk. The Creator is not responsible for any damages, problems, or losses that may arise from its use or malfunction. The Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
